#29 Lets Art Journal – Cathie says: Jo’s art journal page is mesmerizing. The depth of color she was able to achieve on the leaves is magical and the torn layers of the background create the perfect backdrop to showcase them. The addition of musical notes, reflective words, the Robin sitting on a branch and the cascading contrast streams of blue not only add interest to the page, but they tell a beautiful story of the ever changing Autumn season. It’s a journal page done to perfection.
Maura says: I totally agree with Cathie! Jo’s art journal is amazing! I especially love the torn strips of teal and the music paper, with words scattered through the white space. The fall leaves are just glowing with autumn colors, and contrast beautifully with the background.
